Important Information
Leading Edge Cancun is a fully integrated retreat experience combining accommodations and educational programming.
All workshop participants are required to reserve their accommodations through the official Leading Edge Cancun registration process and select at least one workshop as part of their package. This allows us to properly coordinate meeting space, resort services, group logistics, attendee support, and the overall retreat experience.
If you have a unique circumstance — such as local attendance, shared accommodations, extended stays, fewer-night stays, or attending multiple weeks — please contact our team directly so we can review available options.
How to Read the Room Rates
All package prices are listed per room, per week, not per person. Each room package includes 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations and one workshop registration built into the package price.
For shared rooms, the listed room price is shared among the occupants. For example, if a Double Occupancy room is listed at USD $4,035, that is the total package price for the room — not the price per person. Two guests sharing the room would each pay half, unless additional workshop registrations, upgrades, or other add-ons are selected.
Additional workshop registrations can be added during registration for guests who are also attending the training.
All prices noted in USD$ unless otherwise stated. To view and pay in CAD$ during checkout, remember to select CAD as your payment currency in your shopping cart. Discounts/coupons cannot be combined.

- Rates are per room, per week based on occupancy and include one workshop registration.

- Stay duration is 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday.
- Children aged 0–2 stay free.
- Child rates apply to children aged 3–12.
- Guests aged 13+ are charged at the adult rate.
- King bed rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
- Rooms with 2 double beds accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
- Maximum room occupancy is up to 2 adults + 2 children, or 3 adults + 1 child, where room type allows.
- Preferred Club accommodations are adults-only, 18+.

Stay-a-Second-Week Discount
Register for a Cancun 2027 package in both Week 1 and Week 2 and save $400* total per workshop registrant — $200 off each weekly package.
*Group Booking Discounts apply to new Cancun 2027 package registrations when the group meets the minimum number of workshop registrants and rooms noted above. Group members may book separately using a group discount code provided by Leading Edge Seminars. The Stay-a-Second-Week Discount applies to new registrations for both Week 1 and Week 2 packages, when each weekly package includes accommodations and workshop registration, and both weeks are booked at the same time. Discounts are applied to the Cancun 2027 package price. Discounts/coupons cannot be combined.

How much does Leading Edge Cancun 2027 cost?
Retreat packages include 7 nights of accommodation plus one workshop registration, at the current Early Bird rate (valid to September 30, 2026). Junior Suite Tropical View starts at USD$3,555 for single occupancy; Junior Suite Ocean View starts at USD$3,985; Preferred Club Ocean View (adults-only, 18+) starts at USD$4,885. Does the price include my hotel room, or just the workshop?
Both. Leading Edge Cancun is a combined retreat package — accommodation and workshop registration are booked together, not separately. All participants reserve their room through the official Cancun 2027 registration process and select at least one workshop.
Is there a discount for kids or for bringing family?
Children age 0–2 stay free. Children age 3–12 sharing with an adult are charged a reduced child rate (USD$616 in Junior Suite categories). Guests 13 and up are charged the adult rate.
Can I get a discount if I bring colleagues or my whole clinical team?
Yes. Groups of 4+ workshop registrants (minimum 2 rooms) save $100 per registrant; groups of 8+ (minimum 3 rooms) save $150 per registrant. Contact the team before registering to confirm the group discount and get booking instructions.
Can I attend both weeks of Cancun 2027?
Yes — register for both Week 1 and Week 2 and save $400 total per workshop registrant ($200 off each week’s package), as long as both weeks are booked at the same time.
What currency are the prices in?
