Leading Edge Cancun is offered as a bundled retreat package that includes both accommodations and workshop registration. Workshop participants are required to book through the official Leading Edge Cancun registration process rather than booking directly with the resort or through a third-party travel site.
This allows us to coordinate the full group experience, including meeting space, resort logistics, attendee support, and group accommodations. If you have a unique circumstance, please contact us before registering.
Yes. You can choose to pay your full package balance at checkout if you prefer. If you pay in full, no further payment is required unless you later make changes to your booking.
Yes. You may choose to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit at checkout to reserve your Leading Edge Cancun package. After your deposit is received, we will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to arrange the remaining installments.
A small 3% installment processing fee will be added to the remaining balance when paying by installments.
Please note that all balances must be paid in full before the final payment deadline. Your booking is not considered fully paid until all installments have been completed.
Each standard Cancun package includes 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations, from Saturday to Saturday. You may choose to arrive later or depart earlier within that timeframe if needed, but the package price remains based on the full 7-night stay.

No, these are live, in-person workshops and are not expected to be recorded. Attendance is required for CE documentation.
Your package includes 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa plus registration in one 5-day morning workshop for your selected week. Flights and airport transfers are separate.
- Children ages 0–2 (at the time of travel) stay free.
- Children ages 3–12 are charged the child rate.
- Guests ages 13 and older are charged the adult rate.
Child pricing for ages 3–12 can be added during the registration process as part of your package booking.

Yes. We offer group booking discounts for those attending with colleagues or friends:
- Groups of 4 or more: Save $100 per person
- Groups of 8 or more: Save $150 per person
Group discounts are based on the total number of participants attending and are not tied to room occupancy. To receive the group rate, please email emily@leadingedgeseminars.org with the names and email addresses of all participants in your group, and we will provide a discount code for your group to use at checkout.

No. Not everyone in your booking needs to register for a workshop. You are welcome to bring guests, as long as at least one (1) person in the booking is registered for a workshop.
Each accommodation option includes a maximum room occupancy, which is listed on the booking page. Please note that rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults. If your group includes more than 3 adults, you will need to reserve additional rooms accordingly.
For group bookings, we are also happy to provide separate tax receipts for each individual, if needed. Send us an email, and we will follow up with you to gather all the required information.
