Packages & Registration
Your package includes 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa plus registration in one 5-day morning workshop for your selected week. Flights and airport transfers are separate.
To reserve your spot, simply click the Register Now button on the workshop event of your choice.
You’ll be guided through the booking process, where you can select your workshop, choose your room type and occupancy, and add any additional options, such as a second workshop or guest(s).
Yes. Cancun 2027 is offered as a package that includes both your 5-day workshop registration and 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa. We have secured a block of rooms at special group rates for participants.
Workshop participants book through the official Leading Edge Cancun registration process, rather than directly with the resort or through a third-party travel site. That keeps your workshop registration and your room connected, and lets us coordinate meeting space, resort logistics and attendee support for the whole group.
If you are planning to share a room, bring guests, attend both weeks, or have a unique booking situation, please contact us before registering and we’ll be happy to help.
No. Each week is a complete program on its own — book whichever week suits you.

Yes, you can change to another workshop taking place during the same week, subject to availability.
Moving to a workshop in the other week means changing your package dates and accommodations, so please email emily@leadingedgeseminars.org and we’ll check what’s possible.
Each standard Cancun package includes 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations, from Saturday to Saturday. You may choose to arrive later or depart earlier within that timeframe if needed, but the package price remains based on the full 7-night stay.
Pricing, Payments & Cancellation
Per room, per week. Each room package includes 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations and one workshop registration.
For a shared room, the listed price is the total for the room, not the price per person. If someone else in the room also wants to take a workshop, they add their own workshop registration during booking.

Prices are listed in US dollars. To view and pay in Canadian dollars, select CAD as your payment currency in your shopping cart.
Yes. All prices shown on our website include applicable taxes and fees based on the information provided by the resort at the time of booking. In the unlikely event of any changes to government-imposed taxes or fees, these would be communicated in advance.
Yes. There are several advantages to booking early.
1. Early Bird pricing
Early Bird rates are available until October 15, 2026. After that, package rates increase by USD $200.
2. Access to preferred accommodations
We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the resort across a range of room types, including Junior Suites and Preferred Club options. Booking early gives you the best selection and helps ensure availability for your preferred room type and week.
3. Better flight options
Cancun is a popular destination during the winter months, and flights can fill up quickly. Booking early gives you more flexibility with flight times and pricing.
Yes. You can reserve your Cancun 2027 package with a 20% deposit at checkout and pay the balance in instalments.

- 📞 We call you on the number you provide to arrange the instalments for the balance
- ➕ A 3% processing fee is added to the amount paid by instalments
- ✅ Or pay in full at checkout, with no processing fee
- 📅 Your balance must be paid in full by January 30, 2027, whichever week you attend
The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Anything you pay beyond it is refundable if you cancel up to 45 days before your arrival date — December 16, 2026 for Week 1 and December 23, 2026 for Week 2. Full terms are in our cancellation policy.
Yes. You can choose to pay your full package balance at checkout if you prefer. If you pay in full, no further payment is required unless you later make changes to your booking.
Yes. Bring your colleagues, your consultation group or a friend, and everyone saves — including you.
- 👥 4 or more workshop registrations, booked with a minimum of 2 rooms: save $100 per workshop registrant
- 👥 8 or more workshop registrations, booked with a minimum of 3 rooms: save $150 per workshop registrant
Discounts apply to the workshop registration portion of the Cancun 2027 package and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Group members can book separately using a group discount code we provide.

📧 Email emily@leadingedgeseminars.org with the names and email addresses of everyone in your group before you register, and we will confirm your discount and send booking instructions.
Guests who are not taking a workshop do not count toward the group total — but they are very welcome. See “Can I bring a partner, friend or family member who isn’t taking a workshop?”
Yes. Register for a package in Week 1 and a package in Week 2 at the same time and you save $200 on each weekly package — $400 in total per workshop registrant.
You don’t have to attend both weeks, though. Each week is a complete program on its own.
Yes. Whether you are booking for you and a friend/colleague, or for a larger group, we are happy to provide separate tax receipts for each party involved. Send us an email, and we will follow up with you to gather all the required information.
Our Cancellation Policy page has the full terms. In short:
- 20% of the total package price, including any add-ons, is non-refundable
- Cancel at least 45 days before your arrival date — by December 16, 2026 for Week 1, or December 23, 2026 for Week 2 — and you are refunded any eligible payments beyond that 20%
- Cancel within 45 days and up to 15 days before arrival, and a 50% cancellation penalty applies
- Within 14 days of arrival, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
- Instead of cancelling, the full package can be transferred to another person, subject to availability and approval by Leading Edge Seminars

Flights and airport transfers are cancelled directly with the airline, travel agent or transfer company you booked with.

Yes. Each workshop at Innovations in Psychotherapy Cancun provides 16.25 hours of training, which may be eligible for Continuing Education credits depending on your professional requirements.

No, these are live, in-person workshops and are not expected to be recorded. Attendance is required for CE documentation.
Yes. Workshop materials will be made available on our website no later than two weeks prior to the start of each workshop. You can access them by logging in to your account on our website and downloading them through the Member’s Area.
DREAMS Jade Resort & Spa offers high-quality, air-conditioned meeting facilities comparable to those found in top North American hotels.
Workshops are held in comfortable, well-equipped spaces designed to support an engaging and focused learning experience. As meeting rooms are air-conditioned, you may wish to bring a light sweater or shawl for added comfort

Room occupancy depends on the bed configuration selected.
- 1 King Bed: Maximum occupancy of 2 guests
- 2 Double Beds: Maximum occupancy of 4 guests:
- 2 adults + 2 children
- OR 3 adults + 1 child

Yes — and plenty of people do. Only one person in each room needs to be registered for a workshop. Everyone else comes along for the week.
- 💑 Add a partner, friend or family member to your room at our discounted all-inclusive package rates. Package prices are per room by occupancy, so a guest costs the occupancy difference, not a second package.
- 👧 Children and teens sharing your room have their own rates — see “What are the rates for children?” below.
- 🌴 Your guests are welcome at the optional Paradise Perks and at the resort’s activities for children and teens.
- ☀️ You learn in the morning. They have the beach, the pools and the spa. Afternoons and evenings are yours together.
If more than one of you wants to take a workshop, each of those people registers for their own. Four or more workshop registrations (minimum 2 rooms) unlocks the group discount — see “Do you offer group discounts?”
Rates by occupancy are on the 2027 Pricing page, and you add guests during registration. Email emily@leadingedgeseminars.org if you would like help configuring your booking.
- Children ages 0–2 (at the time of travel) stay free.
- Children ages 3–12 are charged the child rate.
- Guests ages 13 and older are charged the adult rate.
Child pricing for ages 3–12 can be added during the registration process as part of your package booking.

Many people come to Cancun on their own. The casual Welcome Reception on Sunday is where most solo travellers meet their speakers and the people they end up spending the week with.
If you would like to share a room, we are happy to help make a connection where possible. Email us with your name, your contact email and the week you plan to attend. We will keep your information on file, and if another solo traveller asks about sharing a room, we can connect you both directly.
Roommate matches are not guaranteed, and any shared-room arrangements are made directly between participants.
Yes. Dreams Jade Resort & Spa offers supervised activities for children and teens, so younger travellers have plenty to do during your stay. See the resort’s activities page for current details.
Your Week at the Resort
Your week in Cancun is designed to balance engaging morning workshops with free time to relax and enjoy the resort.
Arrival (Saturday)
Arrive on Saturday (January 30 or February 6, depending on your selected week), settle in, and begin enjoying the resort.
Sunday
Join us for a casual Welcome Reception—a great opportunity to meet your speakers and fellow attendees. (Time to be confirmed.)
Monday to Friday
- 9:00 am – 12:30 pm: Workshops
- Afternoons & Evenings: Free time to enjoy the beach, pool, dining, and resort amenities, or explore the surrounding area at your leisure
Throughout the week, you’ll also have many opportunities to connect informally with fellow attendees and speakers in the relaxed resort setting.
Workshops conclude each week on Friday at 12:30 pm.
At DREAMS Jade Resort & Spa, “all-inclusive” means that nearly everything is taken care of for you—allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your time at the resort.
This includes:

Yes, in most cases. Vegetarian choices are typically available at the resort’s restaurants and buffet, and other dietary needs can often be accommodated, though options vary by restaurant and availability.
If you have a significant allergy, or a kosher, halal, gluten-free or other dietary requirement, please contact us before registering so we can help you ask the resort what may be possible.
Paradise Perks are some organized optional activities that are available to you (and anyone you bring with you), making for an extra special attendee experience. These perks include:
- Wednesday Night Speakers’ Forum where workshops speakers gather to discuss the state of psychotherapy today
- Daily Morning Yoga
- Local Excursions to interesting sites in the area, exclusively for workshop attendees and their guests
Paradise Perks are open to everyone in your booking, including guests who aren’t taking a workshop.
In addition to your workshop experience, there are plenty of opportunities to relax, explore, and enjoy your time at the resort and nearby area.
DREAMS Jade Resort & Spa offers a wide range of all-inclusive amenities, including pools, beach access, dining, entertainment, and daily activities—making it easy to unwind and enjoy your surroundings.
Just a short distance from the resort, the charming town of Puerto Morelos (approximately a 10-minute taxi ride or 30-minute walk) offers a relaxed atmosphere with local shops, restaurants, and cafés.
For those looking to explore further, the region is home to a variety of well-known attractions, including:
- Tulum and its ancient Mayan ruins
- Chichen Itza, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World

Arrive on the Saturday your resort stay begins and depart the following Saturday. Workshops run Monday to Friday mornings, 9:00 am – 12:30 pm. You only need to book one week — or stay for both.
While we do not book flights directly, there are regular direct flights to Cancun, Mexico from most major Canadian and U.S. cities.
The resort is located approximately 36 km (22 miles) from Cancun International Airport. As Cancun is a popular destination during the winter months, we recommend booking your flights early to secure the best availability and pricing.

DREAMS Jade Resort & Spa is 22 miles (36 km) from Cancun International Airport, about a 30-minute drive.
Packages are set up as 7-night stays, Saturday to Saturday. If you’d like extra nights before or after your week, please contact us before registering so we can check availability with the resort.
February is one of the most pleasant times to visit Cancun, with warm temperatures and low humidity.
Average temperatures are around 23°C (73°F), with daytime highs of approximately 29°C (84°F) and evening lows around 21°C (70°F)—making it ideal for both relaxing by the pool and enjoying outdoor activities.
