Our Cancellation Policy page has the full terms. In short:

• 20% of the total package price, including any add-ons, is non-refundable
• Cancel at least 45 days before your arrival date — by December 16, 2026 for Week 1, or December 23, 2026 for Week 2 — and you are refunded any eligible payments beyond that 20%
• Cancel within 45 days and up to 15 days before arrival, and a 50% cancellation penalty applies
• Within 14 days of arrival, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
• Instead of cancelling, the full package can be transferred to another person, subject to availability and approval by Leading Edge Seminars

Flights and airport transfers are cancelled directly with the airline, travel agent or transfer company you booked with.
