Cancellation Policy

Your Cancun 2027 registration package includes 7-night all-inclusive accommodations at Dreams Jade Resort & Spa and registration in one 5-day workshop. Any additional items added at registration — including additional workshop registrations, children/guest add-ons, extra nights, room upgrades, or other package-related add-ons — are considered part of your total Cancun 2027 package. Because this is a bundled package, cancellations and transfers apply to the full package, including all selected add-ons.

At the time of registration, participants may choose to pay in full or select an available installment/payment plan. Regardless of payment method, 20% of the total Cancun 2027 package price, including any selected add-ons, is non-refundable.

Cancellation requests received up to 45 days prior to your Cancun 2027 package arrival date will receive a refund of any eligible payments made beyond the non-refundable 20% of the total package price, including any selected add-ons.

For standard 7-night Cancun 2027 packages, the refund deadline dates are:

• Week 1 packages arriving January 30, 2027: cancellation requests must be received by December 16, 2026
• Week 2 packages arriving February 6, 2027: cancellation requests must be received by December 23, 2026

Cancellation requests received within 45 days and up to 15 days prior to your Cancun 2027 package arrival date will be subject to a 50% cancellation penalty based on the total Cancun 2027 package price, including any selected add-ons. Alternatively, the full package may be transferred penalty-free to another person, subject to availability, administrative feasibility, and approval by Leading Edge Seminars.

Cancellation requests received within 14 days of your Cancun 2027 package arrival date are not eligible for a refund. However, the full package may be transferred to another person, subject to availability, administrative feasibility, and approval by Leading Edge Seminars.

Transfers apply to the full Cancun 2027 package only, including any selected add-ons. The room type, occupancy, guest/child add-ons, extra nights, arrival/departure dates, and bed preference must remain the same as the original booking. Participant names may be updated as part of an approved transfer. Workshop selection may be changed to another workshop taking place during the same week, subject to availability.

All cancellation and transfer requests must be received in writing by email to emily@leadingedgeseminars.org.

If you are requesting to transfer your package to another person, please include the full name and contact information of the person to whom you wish to transfer the booking.

Cancellation requests will be acknowledged by email within one business day. It is the registered attendee’s responsibility to verify that their cancellation request has been received. If you have not received an acknowledgement within two business days of submitting your cancellation request, please call Leading Edge Seminars at 416-964-1133.

Cancellation of airport transfers must be directed to the company or provider with whom you booked your airport transfers.

It is your responsibility to contact your airport transfer provider about any changes in your travel plans. Any changes to your airport transfers will be subject to the policies of the provider with whom you booked.

Cancellation of flight bookings must be directed to the company, travel agent, or airline with whom you booked your flights.

All flights are subject to the terms and conditions of your airline carrier’s policy. It is your responsibility to contact your airline, travel agent, or booking provider about any changes in your travel plans. Any changes to your flights will be subject to applicable fare differences and the policies of your chosen carrier or provider
