Workshop Fees and/or Hotel Accommodations

Cancelation requests received up to 30 days prior to your first workshop start date will receive a full refund less a cancelation fee of $100. This applies to all registrations: workshop plus hotel accommodation, or workshop only/hotel accommodation only bookings.

Cancelation requests received within 30 days and up to 8 days prior to your first workshop start date will be entitled to penalty-free transfer only to another person(s), as applicable. Transfers apply to the full workshop/accommodation booking only. The transfer must be for the same booking that is being cancelled. This applies to all registrations: workshop plus hotel accommodation, or workshop only/hotel accommodation only bookings.

No refunds or transfers are allowed for cancelation requests received within 7 days of your first workshop start date.

Note: All cancelation requests must be received in writing via email to raeanne@leadingedgeseminars.org.

If you are requesting a transfer of your booking to another person(s) with your cancelation according to the terms above, please remember to include the full name and contact information of the person(s) to which you wish to transfer your booking.

Cancelation requests will be acknowledged by email within one (1) business day. It is the registered attendee’s responsibility to verify that their cancelation request has been received. If you have not received an acknowledgement of your cancelation request within two (2) business days of submitting your cancelation request, please call Leading Edge Seminars at 705-644-2363.

Airport Transfers

Cancelation of airport transfers must be directed to whomever you booked your airport transfers with.

It is your responsibility to contact whoever you booked your airport transfer with about any changes in your travel plans. Any changes to your airport transfers will be subject to the policies of whoever you booked your airport transfers with.

Flight Bookings

Cancelation of flight bookings must be directed to whomever you booked your flights and/or airport transfers with.

All flights are subject to the terms and conditions of your airline carrier’s policy. It is your responsibility to contact whoever you booked your flights with about any changes in your travel plans. Any changes to your flights will be subject to applicable fare differences at the time based on your preferred carrier.
